The purpose of this in-depth Bible study is to encounter God in the Scriptures. We will meet in Room 206-207 on Wednesday nights from 7:00-9:00 p.m. for fellowship, prayer, small groups, and a weekly message.   Contact Dean Bobar at dbobar@cpchb.org for more information.

 chosen for blessing
Join us for Chosen for Blessing, a Bible study just for women. we will be studying women in the Bible. There are two different time opportunities to attend. The morning study is from 9:00-11:00 a.m. There is also an evening study from 7:00-9:00 p.m. in Room 103. Please sign up at the Women's table on the church patio or email Chris Welch at cwelch@cpchb.org

 
The goal of Friends in Touch is to establish deliberate friendship partners with seniors to help us keep in touch while we have fun doing it.  Invite someone to partner with you then sign up on Sundays or call the church office and ask for Kay (714) 968-4940.  For more information or if you have questions contact Pastor Johnny at jsmithjoni2@live.com.

griefshare

GriefShare is a special weekly video seminar/support group for people grieving the death of someone close.  We meet Sunday afternoons, 2:00 - 4:00 in Modular 2B.  Cost of material is $15.00.  Informational fliers and a sign up sheet will be available on Sunday mornings.  You may also call the church office for information 714-968-4940, or email Pastor Johnny at jsmithjoni2@live.com.

MomsMorning
On the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month
Enjoy the variety of ways we can get our kids involved in a Christ-filled Christmas using crafts, food, and stories.  You won't want to miss this inspiring morning.

 Women's Spring Retreat
Save the date of March 19-20, 2010 for our Spring Retreat.  Our speaker will be Dr. Laura Robinson Harbert, PhD.  Laura and her husband, Mike spoke at our couple's conference in 2007 at Pala Mesa.  She is brilliant and funny.  You will love her!  Her subject: Feast for the Soul.

men's fellowship
All men are invited to attend on Sunday March 21 at 7:30 a.m. in Room 103.  The speaker is Dr. David Rice and his topic will be on "Fathering: Issues, Tips and Principles."

Palm Sunday - Services at 8:00, 9:30 and 11:00
Mandy Thursday - Communion Service at 7:00 p.m. on April 1st in the Sanctuary
Good Friday - 7:00 p.m. service in the Sanctuary on
April 2nd.
            
Resurrection Sunday
Please bring your family and friends and join us on Sunday, April 4 to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. The two services at CPC will be as follows:

9:00 a.m.      On the lawn with the Praise Band
11:00 a.m.     In the Sanctuary with the Choir

6:15 a.m.       Easter Sunrise Service will be at the Huntington Beach Pier (free parking). Pastor Gary Watkins will be preaching and our Praise Band will provide the music.
