Before a child can attend any child care center, parents must provide a written Immunization Record from a doctor or clinic showing all required immunizations for their age. Additionally, a Physicians Report that verifies the health of the child must be on file.

STATE LAW REQUIRES THAT A CHILD MAY NOT ATTEND ANY CHILDCARE CENTER UNTIL THEIR RECORDS ARE OBTAINED.

Exceptions can be made if for medical or religious reasons your child cannot be immunized. The office will assist you with forms for verification.

The preschool will be open to children who are two years nine months AND potty trained. Enrollment for the Fall begins:

• The last week of February for Christ Presbyterian Church members.
• The first week of March for families currently and previously-enrolled in our preschool.
• The second week of March for families new to our preschool.

The NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee holds the place for your child.

An early reservation is recommended.  Reservations can be made in the office, over the phone or by filling out a permanent request.  Children who stay after 11:30 a.m. need to bring their own healthy lunches.

$80.00 for the first child and $70.00 for each additional child enrolling at the same time. This is a non-refundable fee. All Tuition is based on a 10 month calendar year: Payments are equally dispersed per month by dividing the full calendar year price by 10.

There is a 5% discount for each child's tuition fee, when families enroll more than one child during the same time. Annual tuition may be paid August 1, 2003, or in ten monthly installments. The first payment is due August 1st and the second is due in September on the child's first day of preschool. All other tuition payments are due the first of each month, unless other arrangements are made, with your final payment due May 1st of the following year. Payment schedules are available upon request. There are NO refunds or credits for absences or holidays. A two (2) weeks notice is required if a child is withdrawn during the school year.

We suggest purchasing an Extended Day Card ahead of time for $42.00 for seven hours. (Time is marked off as it is used)

We offer Lunch Bunch for children enrolled in our afternoon preschool program at 11:30. The children eat lunch, play, and then attend their afternoon class. We suggest purchasing a Lunch Bunch Card ahead of time at $50.00. Time is marked off as it is used.

There is a late fee of $10.00 for tuition payments made after the 5th of the month. There is also a late pickup charge if your child is not picked-up promptly after their program concludes (see below).

If your child is not picked up promptly after their program concludes:

$10.00 16-30 minutes

$15.00 over 30 minutes, plus $10 for each additional 15 minutes
