Getting to do what I do every week is very rewarding to me, I love the hearts of my students and willingness to trying anything at least once. We have been Recruiting, Training and Equiping the team that will be the small group leaders for Jr High this coming school year. Small Group Leaders are adults who are committed to loving, encouraging, and influencing a specific group of students for at least one school year. Leading a small group is going to be more than just a Sunday commitment. They will be investing and engaging in students' lives in powerful, meaningful ways. Aside from Sunday morning small group time, the Small Group Leaders are also expected to connect with their students throughout the week, get to know the parents of their students, and plan a few small group hang-outs each school year.

UNTORN JHM
Thursday Nights Thursday nights are a great place to get started. From 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm we will be hanging with friends, doing crazy games and building relationships that will last, helping each other through those difficult junior high years. Then from 8:30-9:00 we have what we call Late-thirty which is basically recess. So if you have a lot of homework and need to get ready for school the next day you can leave at 8:30 otherwise just hangout till 9:00.
