Before a child can attend any child care center, parents must provide a written Immunization Record from a doctor or clinic showing all required immunizations for their age.  Additionally, a Physicians Report that verifies the health of the child must be on file.

STATE LAW REQUIRES THAT A CHILD MAY NOT ATTEND ANY CHILDCARE CENTER UNTIL THEIR RECORDS ARE OBTAINED.

Exceptions can be made if for medical or religious reasons your child cannot be immunized.  The office will assist you with forms for verification.

The preschool will be open to children who are two years six months AND potty trained.  Enrollment for the Fall begins:

• The last week of February for Christ Presbyterian Church members.
• The first week of March for families currently and previously enrolled in our preschool.
• The second week of March for families new to our preschool.

The NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee holds the place for your child.
