Bread of Life

Providing hot meals to the homeless and those in need within our community.

Bread of Life is comprised of approximately seventy-five volunteers that make up several teams who rotate weekly to share God’s love with our community guests by providing a hot meal on campus every Sunday evening.   Each team creates a friendly, home-like environment, and seeks to build relationships with the guests. Guests are invited to attend worship services and share in the set-up and clean-up of the afternoon meal.

Bread of Life is supported financially by its volunteers, the congregation, and the Deacons of Christ Pacific Church. Local establishments, such as Tomgirl Baking Company, and Panera Bread, donate surplus food every week. Leftover food is delivered each week to the Rev. Tamara John’s
